Learn Buddhadharma

We Learn Buddhadharma
from Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Nyima

“It is not easy to change the external situation but you can try to change your inner mind with Dharma practice. This is very important. This is really useful. It is very helpful to your good health, peace and relaxation too.”

– Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Nyima –

Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Nyima, in order to give his students and disciples who live in a busy city a little flavor of the Dharma, has instructed and guided Wisdom Light to organize numerous retreats on the common and uncommon Mahamudra preliminary practices and many other different kinds of Dharma teachings in different places of the world, including the auspicious holy place – Bodhgaya of India.

Online Puja and Teaching

Every Day at 7:30 p.m.
via Zoom

Due to the pandemic, the external situation has lots of problems. Our mind will easily move towards bad emotions, worries and fear. When the problems of the external situation and internal mind come together, it can become extremely dangerous. Now, it is a very important time to focus on Dharma practice. In view of this, online puja and teaching via Zoom is held every day at 7:30 p.m.. During the puja, video / recording of our Master, Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Nyima, will be followed to practise.

Bestow Refuge Vow

Hong Kong
2020-10-04

Upon requests from our Dharma brothers and sisters, our Venerable Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Nyima has kindly agreed to bestow the refuge vow during the Wake Up with Dharma retreat at 1 p.m. this Sunday (4 October 2020). If you would like to go for refuge to the Three Jewels, i.e. the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha to free yourself and others from the suffering of samsara, you are very welcome to enroll and join this refuge vow ceremony.

We have been reborn in the samsara with great suffering and pain since beginningless time again and again. None of our wealth, family, friends, reputation, and position can protect and liberate us from this cyclic clinging. Only the Three Jewels can lead us out of the samsara and give us the ultimate protection. So this is a very precious and auspicious opportunity for those who need to seek ultimate protection from the ongoing pains and problems.

Here are the details of the refuge vow ceremony:

Importance of Dharma Practice

Online Teaching
2021 October 01 to 03

Venerable Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Nyima would like to give a teaching on ‘Importance of Dharma Practice’ to all Dharma brothers and sisters from 1-3 October 2021 via Zoom from India. We are very fortunate to have gained this precious human body, and met Buddhadharma and genuine masters to receive, learn and practice different Dharma teachings in this life. However, many of us are busy at work for many hours merely for earning money to get food, clothes, rent, etc, leaving our mind in a crazy state most of the time. None of these can be taken along with us when we die unlike the good karma and merits of our Dharma practice. It is important for us to understand the importance and benefits of Dharma practice for the happiness of ourselves and all living beings in this life and many future lives and their ultimate Buddhahood.

Furthermore, pujas and practices of the Four-Foundation will be held before or after the teaching during these three days. Apart from listening to this teaching, you are very welcome to join these pujas and practices as well.
